What Does New Work Do?

New Work is comprised of a worldwide network of government and business leaders, scientists, engineers, computer experts, inventors, professionals, academics, and artists.

New Work:

  • Works with governments at all levels, but also with NPOs, non-governmental agencies, and private corporations to establish and serve a network of local New Work Centers designed to sustain “High-Tech Self-Providing” communities.
  • Helps these entities develop effective strategies for solving problems of poverty and economic development based upon an alternative to the traditional approach of attracting capital to create employment.
  • Presents an array of proven possibilities available to community groups who then decide on the customized components included in their New Work Centers.
  • Facilitates the selection, acquisition, installation, and training associated with the New Work Technologies to be incorporated into each New Work Center.
  • Ensures the integration of New Work Technologies and local interests and desires to create an effective self-providing community.

New Work works with inventors, manufacturers, and distributors of New Work Technologies and offers them new markets and adaptations of their technology far beyond what they may have imagined.

"I have tried to evolve an organically integrated set of policy proposals that would have the power not only to stop the appalling deterioration of our country – her accelerating descent into a pit of cynicism, passivity, violence and despair – but that, instead, would define a step by step process leading us back to the path of our original mission: to becoming the greatest force on the globe in the struggle for a more humane, a more intelligent and a more life-giving culture."
